CPU/GPU Temperature & Load Post by steven7 » Thu 2:54 pm Hi I am new to Rainmeter and I wish to create my own skin showing info such as CPU load, CPU temperature, CPU fan speed, GPU load, GPU temperature, GPU fan speed. In the Rainmeter manager, navigate to the Skins tab. Select Manage to open the Rainmeter manager. Right-click on the Rainmeter icon in the system tray. I really recommend HWiNFO in your case, as CoreTemp currently does not support reading temperatures for the GPU, only the GPU.ĭeviantART is a good resource for existing skins. Launch Rainmeter by double-clicking its icon in the system tray. Hey there, Ive been using rainmeter for a while and I always end up finding skins that I like, missing features from some other skins that I dont like as much, so Ive ended up editing skins on my own and usually can handle it by doing research. First you need to know which application and corresponding Rainmeter plugin a skin is using to measure sensor values. Basically I have been trying to add CPU and MB temperatures with CPU and CHA fan speeds. There are two that are well supported in Rainmeter: I am running HWiNFO64 and have been trying to change the illustroSystem options to show additional fields. To monitor temperatures, you will need to be running one of several 3rd-party applications, and then use a corresponding Rainmeter plugin to get the values from the application. ![]()
